Melisa Powell MS, BCBA, LBA-CT
Melisa Powell is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensed in the state of Connecticut (LBA-CT). She obtained a Bachelor’s in Psychology with a focus in Counseling from East Stroudsburg University and a Master’s in Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida State University. Melisa has over 10 years of comprehensive experience working as a public school District BCBA for ages 3-22, residential BCBA for ages 18-92, providing parent training, developing and presenting professional development for special education staff, regular education teachers, residential staff, and one-to-one ABA therapy in the school, clinical, residential, and in-home settings. In her spare time, Melisa enjoys spending time with her husband, Zachery, and their dogs, Harley and Tater.
